30 QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ADAPTABILITY TO THE POSITION
In Chapter 6, we analyzed questions about the adaptability of the candidate to the organization; now we will focus on the adaptability to the position. As in other sections of this book, these questions are the longest possible list in relation with the main topic; not all of them are applicable to the same person, so you will have to choose which are the most appropriate in each case.
In the second part of this book, that we dedicated to the questions associated with the competence, we also include questions about the motivation for change. This is a very important topic that should be evaluated and correctly determined in the selection process.
