50 QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD ANSWER

50 QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD ANSWER

According to Human Resources managers, the majority of postulants wish to find out about the economic aspects: salary, benefits, etc. and in the second place, the growing possibilities the position offers. Even when the aspirants who ask too much may not be really adequate, as well as the impertinent and the inquiring ones, the ones that don’t make questions are perturbing as well.

How much should we answer? You should determine this in each situation. We should keep in mind that a preliminary interview in an advisory is not the same as the interview made by the future employer in order to make a job offer: your obligation to answer is very different.

In the first case you can simply say that you are making a first interview and that you are not authorized to give all the information yet and in the second case, you should be aware of all the possible questions or offer to answer them later if they are about something you don’t know about.

It is very important to keep in mind that you should be kind in all the cases and answer in a way that you will ease the habitual anxiety that all the participants on the selection process feel.

An additional way to evaluate the candidate is through the questions they make.
