ALL THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE INTERVIEWEE SHOULD BE WRITTEN DOWN DURING THE INTERVIEW

  • Experience and knowledge
  • Company: When we use the “Interview Synthesis” form, we usually draw the company’s organization chart on the back of it.
  • Current remuneration
  • Reason for the change

After the interview finishes – and immediately- we complete the items that imply some valorization about the candidate.

  • Presentation
  • Expression/contact
  • Personality
  • Conclusion: In relation with the required profile.

Keep in mind that the interviewee will see what you write and besides, you shouldn’t give the impression that you are writing things that you don’t want the other to see.

Finally, you can use predesigned forms or a blank sheet of paper, the most important thing is that you write everything about your interview. We will include two versions of forms at the end of this chapter.
