  1. Mention any situation at work or at the university in which your performance has been higher than average. What parameters did you use to measure that you were above the average?
  2. Have you ever felt that you didn’t like your performance in a task?

  4. What are the tasks you dislike? How do you focus them?
  5. Describe a work episode that has represented a real challenge for you. How was its focus different?
  6. Describe some work or university assignment in which you made more than you were asked to.
  7. Describe some task in which you felt you worked the most you could and you experienced you had reached an important achievement.
