We gave you several ideas at the beginning; let’s take one of them: Was it easy for you to get here?
It is usual that in the adviser companies as in the human resources offices that the postulants should fill the form with certain basic information. If this resource wasn’t used, we now include some questions about personal and familiar information. (see Chapter 15 and Appendix).
1. What do your parents do? 2. Are your parents alive? 3. What is the model and the year of your car? 4. Do you own your house or you rent it? 5. How far away from the company do you live? 6. Do you speak any other language? 7. How much time do you spend with your family? 8. Does your husband/wife have a job? Can it originate any kind of conflict with the position you are applying to? 9. Why did you get divorced? What have you learnt from this experience? 10. Describe your relation with your children. 11. How do you manage with the attention of your children? 12. Do make a budget for your personal expenses? 13. Do you have life insurance or retirement plans? 14. Do you have debts? (If the answer is positive) Are they with your current employer? 15. Do you have a valid driver’s license? 16. Have they ever revoked your driver’s license? Why? 17. When was your last physical exam? 18. Do you have any chronic health problem that we should consider? 19. What is your health state?
We are not suggesting you to pose all of the questions, we will give a list of questions for you to choose the ones you consider more adequate for your company, your style of interviewing, your punctual needs, etc.
