THINGS YOU HAVE TO AVOID DURING THE INTERVIEW
Talk about yourself.
Show your superiority in the situation.
Show your agreement or disagreement with the things the interviewee says.
Compare the interviewee with other candidates or the person who currently fills the position during the interview.
Interrupt the candidate with no reason (the interruption is accepted only with a specific purpose).
Use technology you can’t understand.
Talk about irrelevant things.
And finally, a good interviewer will be the one who has made lots of interviews. There are people who consider that after one thousand interviews the interviewer is considered experienced. Let’s get to work then!
